2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund request may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Payment was made by mistake or duplicated.
• The requested service cannot be delivered by VTRIG.
• The refund request complies with the agreed project terms.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

• Completed or delivered services.
• Custom software or website development work already started.
• Digital marketing campaigns already executed.
• SEO services already performed.
• Graphic design or UI/UX work that has been delivered.
• Domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, or third-party purchases.

4. Refund Approval

Each refund request is reviewed individually by our team. Approval depends on the nature of the project, work completed, and the agreement between VTRIG and the client.

If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before the project work begins. Once the project has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the amount of work already completed.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. The actual time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

7. Changes to this Policy

VTRIG reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately after being published on this page.
